Emotional Intelligence through a Personality Dimensions® Lens
Emotional intelligence isn’t one thing — and it doesn’t look the same in every colour.
This workshop invites participants to explore Emotional Intelligence through a temperament lens — examining what emotionally intelligent behaviour actually looks like when it’s coming from a Green, a Gold, a Blue, or an Orange, and where each colour’s natural strengths can create blind spots that others misread as low EI. We’ll look at the gap between intent and impact: the Green who thinks they’re being direct and the Blue who experiences it as cold; the Orange who thinks they’re being energizing and the Gold who experiences it as chaotic.
You’ll deepen your understanding of your own EI pattern by colour, practise reading the emotional signals other temperaments send — and why those signals are so easy to miss — and explore what it looks like to stretch your EI range by borrowing from the strengths of your palest colour.
Leave with language and insight you can use immediately in your own facilitation practice, and a framework ready to bring to leadership development, team, or coaching engagements with organizational clients.

Learning in Colour – PD and Learning Styles
How you learn is not how everyone in your room learns. And the way you naturally teach? That’s a personality conversation too.
This hands-on workshop invites certified Personality Dimensions® facilitators to explore learning styles from both sides of the equation — first as a learner, discovering what your own temperament needs to thrive, and then as a facilitator, examining how your natural teaching style shapes the environments you create. We’ll look at where each colour excels as a learner, what drains them, and where facilitators — with the best intentions — accidentally design for themselves instead of their participants.
We’ll also explore how introversion and extraversion layer across all four colours in ways that matter every time you set up a group activity, call on someone in the room, or design a breakout.
You’ll leave with sharper self-awareness as a facilitator, practical strategies for designing learning that works for every colour, and a clear sense of how the Learning Styles & Strategies Toolkit can open doors with organizational clients.

Selling in colour
Selling in Colour: Using Personality to Win the Room
Selling a PD-based engagement to an organizational client is itself a personality conversation. This hands-on workshop helps certified Personality Dimensions® facilitators use the model to open doors, read the room, and pitch with confidence — experiencing the Customer Service, Marketing & Sales Toolkit from the inside out.
You will identify your own sales strengths and stressors by colour, practise reading a prospective client’s preferences in real time, and take a run at pitching a PD-based offering to a client from your palest colour. You will also explore how your own temperament may be perceived by others in a sales context — and what that means for how you show up.
Leave with practical insight you can use in your next client conversation — and a toolkit application ready to bring to your own organizational clients or integrate into coaching work with sales teams and individuals.
