I’m Lisa Cook, a leadership coach and certified Personality Dimensions® facilitator. My career spans both corporate and not-for-profit leadership, including leading high-performing teams that generated over $30M in sales and operations, as well as working with municipal, provincial and federal government sectors. Today, I focus on equipping leaders and organizations with practical tools to foster better communication, stronger trust, and lasting results.

My approach combines the proven insights of Personality Dimensions® with a structured coaching framework. This model empowers leaders to shift from solving daily team challenges themselves to building the capacity of their people — enabling individuals and teams to develop their own solutions and thrive.
